Store Owners

Owner/Administrators can view all information allowed by your buying group without restriction and can control the information all Ordinary Users in your store can view, as well as suspend access to any Ordinary User at any time. You must set up your account before your employees so you can approve their accounts.

Step 1

Complete the Simple Form:
This supplies your information and sets your password.

Step 2

Verify Your Identity:
Enter your MEGA user name and password for security

Step 3

Instruct Your Staff:
to create their accounts and approve them when they are complete.

You will be e-mailed and a notice will appear in your RetailDeck™ whenever a new account is pending your approval.

Staff

Ordinary Users can only view the information allowed by the Store Owner/Administrator users. A Store Owner/Administrator must approve each Ordinary Users' access initially and can suspend it at any time.

Step 1

Confirm with your Store Owner and/or Administrator:
They must set up their new account first. Also, note the e-mail address that is their new RetailDeck™ username.
